Role Description:

This is a part-time remote position.

As the I.T. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technology infrastructure of the whole organization, ensuring seamless operations for both divisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement I.T. strategies that align with the diverse needs of our dynamic company.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive I.T. strategies aligned with overall business objectives

• Deploy, configure, and maintain software & end-user devices used across the organization

• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard company data and systems

• Provide technical support to staff members for hardware and software-related issues

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's network and systems infrastructure

• Manage and administer domain settings, ensuring optimal functionality

• Oversee email systems, including configuration, security, and troubleshooting

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of company websites

• Ensure websites are up-to-date, responsive, and aligned with brand standards

• Collaborate with the development team on occasional app development projects

• Provide technical expertise and support in the planning and execution of app-related initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in I.T. management, preferably within a diverse corporate environment

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, system administration, hardware, software, and telecommunications

• Proficiency in web development technologies and content management systems

• Familiarity with app development concepts and tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively & proactively

• Proficiency in MS Office 

A plus, but not mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or field and other relevant certifications

• Proven experience as an I.T. Manager or similar role
